How to Set Up Charitable Contribution in TouroOne Portal
This guide describes how to set up a charitable contribution via payroll deduction. The elected dollar amount will be deducted post-tax each pay period. You can change or stop the elected contribution amount at any time, using these same steps.
Set Up/ Change/Cancel Charitable Contribution
Step 1: Log into TouroOne Portal
Step 2: Click on the Employee dropdown menu on the left hand side, choose Pay, Leave, Holiday, Timesheet Information, then move cursor to the right and choose Charitable Contribution.

Step 3: Scroll down to and click on Add a New Benefit or Deduction (near the bottom of the page)

Step 4: Click on Select Benefit.

Step 5: Enter the amount of your donation per pay period, and your start date, then click Submit Changes. If you are canceling a deduction, elect “Inactive” in the Status field.
