The Yellow Ribbon Scholarship Fund

The campus of Touro University California is rich in military history, occupying the former Naval base on Mare Island. Every day students and faculty are reminded of the sacrifices made by our nation’s service men and women as well as Touro’s many veteran students. The Veteran’s Administration, through its Yellow Ribbon Program, will match dollar for dollar any funds that Touro University California raises for scholarships for our veteran students, so your gift through this program will have twice the impact.
